About us

All Star Dance is a hometown studio rooted in the heart of Pedricktown, NJ a small town with big-plan dreams. Our history is one of passion, resilience, community, and the belief that dancers of all ages deserve a place to grow, shine, and feel at home.

The studio first opened its doors in 2011 under the leadership of Wendy Conover, whose vision built the foundation of our supportive, family-focused dance community. Among her students was Katie, who trained and grew under Wendy’s mentorship for years.

When the COVID-19 pandemic forced the studio to close, the All Star spirit never truly faded. In 2021, the studio was brought back to life under new ownership by Katie and Jane Gaudreau, with Wendy continuing to guide and mentor them both. Together, they blended the studio’s original heart with a fresh and inspired direction for the future.

Today, All Star Dance remains a proud Pedricktown institution where dancers of all levels can discover confidence, technique, and lifelong friendships. Since 2011, we’ve celebrated many students who have continued their dance journeys onto collegiate dance teams and beyond, and we continue to cheer on their successes.

Our Mission

At All Star Dance, our mission is to provide both competitive and recreational dancers with a positive, inspiring environment where they can foster a lifelong love for dance. Through structured training, supportive coaching, and a commitment to excellence, we teach our dancers the values of hard work, dedication, teamwork, and personal growth—skills that serve them both in and beyond the studio.
